Sivan Bezalel-Gal specializes in administrative law, municipal law, and tender law.
Within her work, she regularly accompanies local authorities, government companies, and public institutions in various aspects of administrative law, including the preparation of complex legal opinions on issues such as tenders, municipal taxes, bylaws, and so forth, while also advising officials within different institutions and professional committees.
Adv. Bezalel-Gal has extensive experience relating to property taxes, having provided ongoing legal guidance to municipal tax directors and collection departments, including preparing expert opinions in the field, supporting the municipal tax director in approving the tax order, drafting responses to objections, representing the municipal tax director in appeal committees, and formulating policy documents.
Furthermore, she is highly experienced in tender law, rendering ongoing legal assistance from preparation to publication, in addition to opening bids, accompanying the tender committee, formulating FAQs for bidding parties, and supporting post-tender contact, which may include court proceedings.
Before joining Cohen Wilchek, Adv. Bezalel-Gal interned at Harari Toister & Co. and then continued working there as an attorney for some three and a half years.
