During her national service Adv. Nissim served at the Israeli court.
She was a pre-intern at a law firm working in the fields of family Law and personal status following which she was an intern of the Israeli Supreme Court registrar.

Since 2019, she has been an associate at Hadas Brave Law Offices, specializing in all areas of administrative law and particularly education law, employment regulation, planning and zoning, public sector labor law and regulation. She joined Cohen Wilchek in 2021 as part of the firm’s merger with Hadas Brave Law Offices.
